Caroline Rassell, Chief Operating Officer

Caroline Rassell is the Chief Operating Officer with CHP.

This role covers the development and implementation of a LIFT area skills development programme, as well as overseeing the operational running of the Company. Caroline joined CHP following a development programme ran by the East of England during which she wrote the Review of LIFT published in December 2008.

Prior to joining CHP at the start of the year, Caroline worked in a number of PCTs as a Director of Finance and Director of Commissioning, her first role in the health service being with a Health Authority as the Deputy Director of Finance. Before joining the NHS, she worked for 15 years in local government in both London Boroughs and County Councils - specifically working with social services.
