Joe Clyne - CHP Board Member (Non-Exec)

Joe Clyne joined the Department of Health in 1996 and currently works in the Procurement, Investment and Commercial Directorate. Joe was NHS LIFT policy lead within the Department between 2001 and 2004, and helped with the introduction of LIFT into the NHS in 2001, helping steer through changes to NHS legislation to enable it.
