Estate Overview

As Head Tenant, Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is responsible for the overall management of 305 buildings (out of a total of 339 in the NHS LIFT portfolio) with a GIA of almost 0.9 million square metres and a total investment of £2.5 billion.

CHP tenants

The CHP estate is occupied by over 1200 NHS and non NHS tenants including some 529 GP practices, front line council services, libraries, pharmacies and a wide range of community and social care providers across England.

Committed to improving estate efficiency

CHP has committed to improve the operational efficiency of its estate by 10%; reducing the cost by £5 million by 31 March 2015 (which has been achieved) and a further £5 million by 31 March 2016.
