This website has acces key provision enabled simplifying navigation to certain areas of the website. Enabled keys are:

Keys are operated as follows:

Internet Explorer - press ALT + the key, then RETURN
Firefox - press ALT + SHIFT + the key

How to change the size of the text on this web site

The following instructions are for Internet Explorer 6 on the MS Windows platform but a similar feature will be present on most systems.

Launch Internet Explorer and then go to "View" then "Text size" on the top menu bar. Try selecting a "Medium" setting to start with and test the results by viewing the web site.
