2010 LIFT Awards - Short List Announced

The LIFT Awards 2010 Steering Committee has announced the shortlist for the third annual LIFT Awards. There has been a diverse number of entries from LIFTCos, public and private sector partners from all around the country. Seventy-seven organisations have applied under the 11 categories.

Warren Taylor, chair of the LIFT Awards 2010 Steering Committee, said: "In this demanding and challenging economic climate, we were impressed by the continued level of quality entries for this the third Annual LIFT Awards. The applications demonstrate innovative and creative ways in which the Public and Private sector partners, together with the supply chain, are addressing challenging project and partnership issues to deliver their combined goals in such difficult times. Once again, these awards provide an ideal platform to share and expand the good practices taking place across the LIFT Community."

This year's judging panels consisted of experts from a range of public and private sector organisations, with a broad spectrum of knowledge. Because of the quality of the submissions, it has been a difficult task for the judges to select the shortlisted entries from such a high standard of entries.

The LIFT Awards 2010 Steering Committee would like to thank the judges and to congratulate the following finalists:
