Beta version of updated Lease Plus Agreement V5-1 now available

Community Health Partnerships has taken the opportunity to update the standard form Lease Plus Agreement V5 so that is sufficiently flexible to be used cost effectively across projects of all values and complexities.

The Lease Plus Agreement V5 was introduced in 2006 and since then there have been a number of statutory, organisational and structural changes.

Committed to continuous improvement

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have considered where the LPA requires updating, particularly with reference to:

  • improving value for money and best practice
  • reflecting best practice with the new PF2 principles
  • responding to legislative updates.

The ‘beta’ version of the LPA V5.1 is now available to download.

It should be noted that, as this develops through implementation on projects, it will be amended and that for new projects the latest version should always be downloaded from the LIFT Document pages of this website.
