Anthony Bicknell, Director of Finance and Investment for Community Health Partnerships, has decided to leave CHP to pursue new opportunities. Mr Bicknell joined CHP in October 2006 and has made an important contribution to the LIFT programme, which has investments totalling more than £1.95bn in over 250 new health and social care buildings.

Before joining CHP, Mr Bicknell's background was largely in structured finance, working with various international financial institutions, including Royal Bank of Scotland, Societe Generale, GE Capital and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He has been active in PFI/PPP project finance since 1997, acting in a wide variety of roles on behalf of project sponsors and financial investors. Anthony is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Oxford University
