Community Health Partnerships is pleased so see so many of the recommendations within the NHS Five Year Forward View resonate with the way we see the combined health and community estate developing.
Responding to the Five Year Forward View report, Dr Sue O’Connell, Chief Executive of Community Health Partnerships (CHP) said: "CHP warmly welcomes this important report and supports the compelling future vision that is set out within it. CHP - and our partners - already play an active role in supporting many of the aims set out in the report, and in particular in the greater integration of services.
"We are committed to continue to work together with our sister organisation, NHS Property Services, and partners across the NHS and wider public sector, to help support the delivery of new models of care, drive greater service integration, improve services for patients, delivering savings and greater efficiencies.”
“Building on what has been achieved over the past ten years through CHPs and our partners work in the LIFT Programme, delivering a wide range of integrated service facilities across England; ensuring the high quality delivery of physical and mental health services; social and community care."
