Estate experts get ready for NHS Property 2015: 2020 and Beyond

More than 200 senior figures from the NHS property sector will be gathering at the QEII Conference Centre in London later this month (17 November) for a major one-day conference

Supported by Community Health Partnerships (CHP) and sister company, NHS Property Services, NHS Property 2015 brings together some of the most influential people working across the £30 billion health estate including Hospital Trusts, CCGs, Department of Health, Local Government Association, CHP, NHS Property Services and many others to debate and discuss key issues facing the sector.

The conference will be of particular interest and relevance to senior directors and officers working in CCGs.  Joining Antek for the Plenary will be Simon Wooton and Dave Sweeney.

Simon Wootton is Chief Operating Officer at North Manchester CCG, and commences as Chief Accountable Officer at NHS Heywood Middleton & Rochdale CCG in 2016.  He is also the GM CCG lead on Estates.

Simon has successfully established a referral management gateway across three CCGs, led his organisation in the agreement to close and move a Walk in Centre to a local hospital A&E department and headed up the establishment of a joint health and social care discharge team in the local hospital.

Dave Sweeney is an Executive Director of Transformation working across NHS Halton CCG and Halton Borough Council.  This role was amongst a few first of its kind embracing the new world of system integration.

He is an experienced, multi award winning commissioner and also a proud Public Sector Director Board member of Renova, helping to shape the national Estate strategies.
