Thanks to sponsorship from North London Estate Partnerships (NLEP), Enfield Town U17s are now proudly sporting a new football strip, complete with NLEP logo.
In the team's first game of the season yesterday, they were delighted to lead the way to a victorious 5-1 win against Norsemen FC.
Enfield Town FC - which has FA Community Charter status - is one of the largest semi-professional football clubs in North London and currently the largest club in NLEP’s geographical area.
Enfield Town U17s play in the Eastern Junior Alliance (commonly called EJA), which is a league for the youth teams (from U13 to U18) of semi professional football clubs across North London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire and part of Cambridgeshire.
Last season, six of the players represented the County Youth representative side and this season, three members of the team have been selected to play for the County side one age group up (U18).
